Shipment Policy

All of our customers are really essential to us, hence! 

 

Kezhamari ("Company"), has established the following Refund Policy to explain how we handle returns for items ordered and purchased on our website http://Kezhamari.com ("Website"). 

You, Your, and Yours refer to the entity/person/organization that is utilizing our website. The terms "we," "us," and "our" in this Policy relate to the Company and its subsidiaries or affiliates. The word "goods" refers to any product or item that You purchase from our website. The term «service» refers to any service or service item that You purchase from our website. 

Our Terms of Service regulate our Refund Policy. 

Please contact us through e-mail Support@Kezhamari.com if you have any concerns about this Refund Policy or requests for refunds and returns. 

 

You do not have the right, to return the product just because it has not been used, or you changed you mind, or it did not match your expectations, or any other unjustified to our believe reason. However, this does not mean that we do not refund in case of our mistake. 

 

  1. STANDARD RETURNS 

Any items You intend to return must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition. If the returned Goods do not comply with these requirements, we cannot provide a refund. 

You must submit your refund request within five days after the item's delivery. 

Please contact Support to initiate the return and refund procedure; Support will guide you through the steps and provide assistance. 

Please complete the Return Form sent with your purchase and return the merchandise to the address that we will send you with.

 

In the event of a product return, you are responsible for paying the return shipping expenses. 

You must exercise your return right responsibly and return the product in its original, pristine packing, together with all of its components. You are liable for the total quantity of returned items. If the returned products are incomplete, we will be unable to accept them and offer a refund. You also have to provide us with a tracking number as the evidence that you actually sent a good.

Once the Goods and the Return Form have been received and inspected by a member of our staff, a refund will be authorized through the original payment method. Depending on your banking institution, reimbursements may not be applied to your original payment method for up to 90 days. In such situations, we have the right to withhold the reimbursement until the returned goods have been received and examined. 

If You do not comply with our Return policy's deadlines, we will be unable to provide a refund.

 

  1. RESTOCKING FEES 

Unless the product is damaged or the return is the direct consequence of an error on the part of the company, we will assess a restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price paid, minus shipping and handling. We will give a credit or refund for the purchase price, less any applicable restocking fees, upon receipt of your return. 

 

  1. DEFECTIVE GOODS 

You may be needed to submit documentation of the problem, such as a picture or video, or return the item in order to get a refund for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. 

You must email our firm at Support@Kezhamari.com within 5 days after delivery of purchase with specific details, including the following: 

Verification of purchase Order Number 

Information on the item's flaw, failure, or missing component 

Evidence of the defect (such as a photograph or video of the item, a photograph of the problematic region (if feasible), a photograph of the packing, or other). 

 

When filing a complaint, you must provide the desired resolution method: 

  • To return the paid amount. 

  • To apply a discount to the items, i.e., to lower the price of the goods. 

  • To return only some amount paid while keeping the purchased item with you

  • Propose your own negotiation method.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping expenses if You are decide to return the products to us. 

The items must be returned in their original packaging (together with any included instructions and/or warranty card). 

 

  1. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

Our refund policy does not apply to the products and services provided by other businesses, people and the third parties.
